Review and amend "Unfair IRS Tax Laws" that cause undue financial hardship for "Disabled Persons".

Created by T.S. on April 07, 2012

There is an important "Dual" issue relating to the Obama administrations visions of ending discrimination against disabled people, and restoring fairness to our tax system. Disabled people have a life that is consumed with innumerable challenges, including financial ones. There is an unfair IRS tax law creating undue financial hardship for certain disabled people, forcing them to pay taxes on their limited, reduced fixed income, that I believe should be reviewed and amended. Having the added burden and stress of IRS harassment to collect more money from us, disabled people who are trying to survive and keep our homes on a greatly reduced income, is unconscionable. The fact that this law passed without provisions enabling taxpayers to make informed decisions is unconscionable as well.
