Nonpayment of child support for the unemployed landing them in jail seems highly unfair.A great deal of americans are looking for work and unemployed , borrowing money to make as many payments as possiable.They end up not being able to pay and actually looking for work with no success. Then come before judges and are sentenced to jail. This needs to be addressed so there are reasonable alternatives, instead of landing people in jail to accumalate more debt and still have no way of paying.
