On October 21, 2013, Michael Pullen is to report to Manchester, Kentucky's FCI for 5 months, he is to be under house arrest for 5 months following his incarceration, and has to pay $21,000 in restitution to his "victim", the social networking site, www.sodahead.com for "hacking" into other people's accounts to change hateful posts to silly statements.

Mr. President, I implore you to review this case and consider a commutation of sentence or a full pardon. The restitution is exorbitant, the prison time is ridiculously long, and "making an example" of a family man who made a mistake is just morally wrong.
