After reviewing the petition and reading about the Obama administration enjoying the small hobby of home brewing beer in the White House. I suggest we look at legalizing the small hobby of distilling.
If we are allowed to homebrew beer and ferment wine for our own personal use then we should be able to distill our own spirits.
