To garner support, spread information, establish networks and initiate meaningful action to reassess US foreign policy, suggest changes in authority to conduct such policy. Enact changes in foreign policy, which may include constitutional amendment, to create and maintain a more equitable and just international community.
Reduce of the sole power of the state to create, conduct and maintain foreign policy through diversifying authority to other major stake holders, including the private sector and human rights groups.
