The current immigration system does not benefit those that need America the most. People hoping for a better life are unable because of the requirements to acquire a green card and H-2A and H-2B (for seasonal work) visas cannot transition into a green card. Allow more opportunities for those that would otherwise be illegal immigrants to be able to legally enter the United States.
