Review and remove cannabis from being classified as a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance

There exists little to know scientific basis to support the classification of marijuana as a Schedule 1 drug. Moreover, there is ample scientific and empirical evidence to rebut it.

Marijuana's status as a federal Schedule I controlled substance should be reviewed with the goal of facilitating the conduct of clinical research and development of cannabinoid-based medicines."
