The IRS and the tax codes has many flaws; administration, procedures, loopholes, etc. Our current system is viewed as not fair by many ranges of people. This petition challenges the Obama Administration to review what flat tax rate would be the most fair, and release a report reviewing its findings on it's benefits and harms it would do to this country.
