Review the case of a Texas Teen who killed four people and severely injured many others. This MAN received no Jail Time but instead Probation and an alcohol course with no justice being served. The reason behind this decision... he was RICH and WHITE and supposedly was unaware things had consequences because he was too spoiled. If it were a poor teen, or a minority like many other cases, there would be guaranteed jail time, and possibly for life. This is an outrage and not justice and possibly infringes on the civil rights of 1,000's of other cases
