c.p.s are over protected as to things they can mock up
as poorer people are getting there kids removed,
courts are using this loop holes to pull in funds to state
in ohio seems the state reviews its self on c.p.s complants.
need a outside goverment review on any cases that have been reported as funny things going on in way reports are beening used to make mom and dad look bad.
if no charges are on father or mother and kids have been fine til reports made to take kids as its a case of someone reporting false charges to hurt family then workers get overworkig case to point everything is set that everything is shown as a bad point to courts.
and it breaks up the family in removing kids from couples
that are trying but not getting help needed,
as services are getting cut back,
