* Congress's rate of pay AND benefits must be automatically set to be a -DIRECT- reflection of the health of the avg. middle or lower class family.
* In times of crisis, Congress surrenders pay+benefits before cuts are made to any other department. Lead by example!
* Members of Congress may not receive any benefit or monetary gain from or become involved with companies or orgs who strongly benefit from fed. contracts, subsidies, or legislation, even once out of office, and may not have close family in such businesses.
* Congress members must release their own tax records before becoming federal, elected public servants and may NOT own money or liquidatable assets in non-US banks or so-called "tax havens."
Discovery of problems should lead to immediate impeachment or jail time.
