Review, Consider, and Propose the Economic Payback Sales Tax Plan to Congress.

People who sign this petition acknowledge that they want to see the government act to rebuild this nation's economy through the Payback Sales Tax Plan.
The Payback Sales Tax Plan is a plan to increase the sales tax rate in each State, only to pay back that amount back to the purchaser of an American product.
Purchasers of Foreign Products will not recieve this tax refund. Instead, the extra money gained from this tax increase would be used to directly reduce the corporate tax rates of American Businesses (businesses that have more than 50% of their employees being American citizens).
