Review crime by Houston Police Dept in Summer 2008 to KCampbell who placed her in back of cop car and suffocated her

In August 2008,Houston,Texas,Karen Campbell and Darien Price went for a job interview. They first stopped @ a strip mall, across from the location of the interview. Darien looked down and saw that our car was being towed, so Karen rushed to stop it. Tow Co. refused to unhook it. She phoned Houston Police Dept.,no help, asked for supv., Ofcr Delia and Ofcr w/ red/blonde hair, arrived. After getting nowhere, she offered credit card, tow co. refused to take her credit card.Thus, Officer Delia offered she a ride to bank (Wamu)to get cash. Ofcr with red/blonde hair opened rear door of police vehicle and she got in, he closed door and walked away. She almost died not being able to breathe.
