Assign a committee to do a complete and impartial review of the Electoral College; to draft policies that require the Electoral College Vote into the Popular Vote without exception. If America is to be a government of, by, and for the people, then the outcome of the Presidential election should be the outcome of the peoples' vote, and not the Congressional incumbents.
