Review current enforced U.S. policies and systems to ensure they are designed for the current century.

Many policies, such as the Electoral College, the Patriot Act, and the Draft were designed for the then current circumstances and the social or political climate. To ensure that the government functions smoothly and efficiently, we would like Congress to review all currently enforced or potentially enforceable laws and policies and make certain that they are both convenient and applicable to this day and age.
