As of now there are only 18 states that allow nearly all consumer fireworks more specifically 1.4G (UN0336) fireworks and 6 states that ban all consumer fireworks period. Fireworks have become a staple of the Fourth of July, and now most Americans cant enjoy them unless they get them illegally, and set them off while having to watch for cops all night and possibly getting a fine and all of their fireworks confiscated if they do get caught. John Adams penned a letter on July 3, 1776, saying future generations should celebrate the event with illuminations from one end of this continent to the other. According to Forbes.com consumers will spend upwards of 600 million this holiday on fireworks those numbers would be a lot bigger if we lifted firework bans. Please take this into consideration.
