Review the following petition regarding the use of chemical weapons in Syria.

1. Endorses the distribution of humanitarian aid to the Syrian civilians,
2. Support's any UN lead action of international control over Syria’s chemical weapons.
4. Further invites sit down talks between Assad and the rebel groups to peacefully end the bloodshed,
5. Authorizes the President of the United States to change strategies over the course of action as new situations develop; however
6. Strongly outlaws the use of infantry or any form of "boots on the ground".
7. Requests immediate military action based on selective air strikes to weaken but not destroy Assad's army to end the Syrian Civil War if a diplomatic solution can’t be met.
