Gersh Zavodnik has been accused in various news publications throughout the nation of filing frivolous lawsuits which, as they claim, clog the nations legal system. The news agencies report that he does this in a 'serial' manner. He is reported to have sough asylum from Ukraine and as such is a guest in our country. We ask that his asylum status be reviewed in light of these news agency claims.
