Special Education is an important part of our society. Usually kids or young adults with disabilities are offered special education services. Physical, mental and emotional disabilities are all valid and existing living conditions. There are many reports of abuse in therapeutic boarding schools, day hospitals/rehabilitation centers, facilities that are costly and not always in the right for financial funding by the government.
