The H-1B program needs to be reviewed and altered to allow Americans the best opportunity for employment. Corporations are notoriously abusing this system with the false pretense that there is a shortage of American workers to fulfill these positions. They are employing hundreds of thousands of non-immigrants to aid in outsourcing work while millions of Americans are out of a job. Companies that favor the American worker should be given a large advantage over those that outsource the work to other nations.
