Review information pertaining to medicaid status for New York State and the damage it will do to non profit agencies.

Governor Cuomo, of NY, has revised his state budget plan. This is due to the federal government cutting additional funding and/or forcing NY to payback mis managed funds for Medicaid. Gov Cuomo has a plan to deny funding requests and/or billing for services rendered from non profit agencies that provide services to adults and children disablities. This will have a severe impact on thousands of employees and people that receive services from these agencies, which inlcude NYSARC agencies and hundreds like them. This will eliminate jobs for hundreds to thousands state wide, eliminate programs and services to men, women, and children that need them, and severely impact local economies, families, and the middle class. We cannot allow this revised budget to pass and need government support!
