The rules pertaining to EBT purchases need to be amended so that recipients can't purchase uncooked food at inflated prices and then have same food cooked on premises by the seller, the sellers agent, contractor, or third party who has any connection to the original seller of the food (lessee/lessor, relative, business associate, etc).
