Dear Mr. President
Please review the offshore drilling moratorium. There are a number of reasons which I will try to mention.
1. Technologies developed in offshore drilling will continue supporting other oceanic research fields like: exploration and exploitation of minerals at the bottom of the ocean, better understanding the CO2 sequestration mechanism at the ocean level , renewable energy development
2. Oil companies, like BP, have the financial and economical power to find other ways - not based on hydrocarbons or carbon - of producing energy, more reliable and environmentally friendly, gradually with minimal social and economical impact.
3. I think BP, has done a good job in cleaning up the affected area and responsibly answering the claims.
4. Will boost job creation in US and Canada
