Capitol Harvest
Each year the office of Architect of the Capitol plants 50-70,000 annual flowers on 274 acres of manicured beds.
This practice should change to planting that number of vegetables for the Nutrition of the People.
This "Capitol Harvest" could feed the children in schools also.
274 acres of manicured beds is alot of area to create jobs also.
