Review the use of Executive Orders as a way to force the ideals of the President when proper channels through other branches do not result in his getting his ideals for new law passed. Determine the constitutionality of this practice. Determine if the oath the president took to uphold the Constitution of the US has been broken by these acts. Convene impeachment hearings should these acts be determined to be unlawful and unethical and an abuse of executive powers.
