We believe that the Obama government should look into how do we reintroduce felons back into society and prepare them to be productive citizens. If there are currently programs, can the administration review how effective they are? I was listening to a conversation today, 9/14, by individuals that made mistakes and have paid their debt to society. Through the conversation, the gist was lack of job opportunities that leads to a better life.
How can individuals with a prior record be reintroduced and have opportunity for training that leads to gainful employment, so they can live the American dream?
