Recently its been discovered that the FBI has been purchasing planes using shell companies in order to catalog cities for unknown reasons.
The shell companies in question were pretty pathetic, and I want to make sure that the government isn't paying too much for these services.
Please review the purchasing methods used to create these shell companies, and the process for purchasing the planes to make sure that the government is doing this in an impartial, and fair way without any cronyism.
Are we efficiently participating in illegal* activities in order to spy on U.S. citizens? Are we doing so in such a way that prevents corruption, and are our review practices for these situations effective in preventing abuse, due to the limited public over sight of these practices?
