I would like the retirement of military widows be reviewed. A divorced spouse can get part of a military person retirement when a person married to that military person can not... It is not fair that that spouse stayed with that person for all those years and because he/she did not sign up for her /his retirement they get nothing!!! After being married to a man that was in the USA Air Force for over 20 years and married for 44 years he died and I can not get one bit of his retirement is sad. I have a very hard time making ends meet and he and I gave so much for our country.I followed him all over the country and raise our boys alone over 2 years while he was on remote tours...Please find a way to help.
