Review the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms

Many lives have been lost due to irresponsible people that don't care about their lives and affect others. We the people that don't need guns, have a right to be protected by the government and its laws. We need to restrict more, investigate more before giving the right to bear arms to another person. There is so much hate and this should be changed. Its time to wake up to a new beginning and make an amendment regarding the right to bear arms.
