Review a second attempt by the US Government denying 44,000 Black Farmers and their heirs

We, the undersigned respectfully request for President Obama to establish a commission to review a second attempt by the US Government to pay Black Farmers and their heirs in the In re BLACK FARMERS DISCRIMINATION LEGITATION. We believe that the 44,000 Black Farmers and their heirs were denied a settlement because of poor representation and a flawed process. We believe that there is an abundance of evidence of continued discrimination as well as a lack of effective representation that has caused an additional 44,000 Black Farmers and their heirs to be denied settlement. It is our belief that the process in Pigford I and Pigford II ,was as discriminatory as the original acts by representatives of the USDA against the Black Farmers.
