Review Secretary Knox's certification of the 16th Amendment for errors; thereby investigating validity of the income tax

Pursuant to the February 1913 memos compiled by the Soliticitor General of the Department of State there are numerous errors and oversight which took place in the certification process of the 16th amendment authorizing the "income tax".
