Review seperately, by country, all the foreign aid given to all the countries instead of signing one bill !

This country gives out more foreign aid than any other country in the world. The problem is , all the foreign aid is in one collective bill for all countries. So, if you don't want to give foreign aid to a specific country one year, to bad, because if it is passed it goes to all countries. We are subsidising foreign countries like Pakistan and places that burn our flag! If we took all the money we give out in one year to foreign aid and put it towards our national debt it would be paid paid off within 5 years. Please, break this bill down and review it country by country every year, stop throwing our tax dollars away and helping our enemies.
