Review Social Security Disability Practices and Qualification Requirements.

Created by A.R. on June 24, 2013

Change the procedures for claiming disability insurance. It is complicated and needs to be revised. The American worker and their employer pay for social security and disability insurance and the American person that pays will not be able to collect disability insurance or social security benefits because of the governments current policies. We need to end paying for a system that is really not going to benefit the American person that paid into the system. If you become disabled, do not expect to get disability even though you have paid into the system without getting a lawyer and paying them part of your money. It is unconstitutional when you are not given a choice of whether you want to participate in this systems. You still may not qualify for disability if your ailments are listed.
