Review Solano County DA’s Decision to Not Prosecute Rapist James Turrentine, Complaint Required Gov’t Involvement - CRV

Created by J.H. on September 10, 2013

DAs are immune to their decisions not to prosecute; a rape victim suffers the grave consequences for life. This rapist is on the streets. Civil Rights were violated. Women are in danger. How one could handle a complaint with such negligence when the stakes are so high threatens the safety and security of our Nation’s citizens. Every 2 minutes someone in the United States is sexually assaulted. 1 out of 4 students will be raped during their college years. Out of every 100 rapes, 46 get reported to police, 9 get prosecuted, 3 rapists will spend even a single day in prison, the other 97 walk free. These statistics are a direct reflection of how this complaint was handled. Failure to protect James Turrentine’s potential future rape victims is criminal and demands review. justiceforjanedoe.com
