review state budgets in states with republican governors and legislators for disparate impact on woman

Hello Mr. President,
We know that Republican state Senator Glenn Grothman of Wisconsin stated that "You could argue that money is more important for men" and we believe that this idea has been the driving force behind the republican state legislature and governors’ budgets. We the undersigned believe that the Justice Department and Mr. Holder need to be investigating these budgets for disparate impact. We believe that these budgets target traditionally female professions like teaching and mental health, so that the impact of the legislation is to punish woman. Thus, we believe these budgets should be challenged and stopped because of disparate impact on woman.
