We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

A review by the Supreme Court of the 2016 US Presidential election

Created by S.N. on December 20, 2016

In order to uphold the oath of the Office of the President of the United States of America, we the undersigned, humbly request that President Obama direct the U.S. Department of Justice to, upon the vote of the U.S. Electoral College on Monday, December 19th, 2016, petition the Supreme Court of the United State of America to hear a challenge to the vote by the U.S. Electoral College in favor of Donald J. Trump.

The U.S. Supreme Court Justices must be given full access to U.S. federal government intelligence knowledge and assessments of foreign power interference in the U.S. general election of November 8, 2016.  Namely that a foreign power, Russia, actively hacked the elections with the expressed aim of influencing the election in favor of one candidate.
