Ensure enforcement of all laws relating to gun violence.
Make all 50 states follow the same laws (eliminates confusion).
Create a national database for all gun owners to register all their guns with local law enforcement. Any weapon found not in that database are confiscated and recycled.
Require permits for rifles and handguns.
Make standardized classes and exams for all gun owners (take a rifle course to own a rifle, take a handgun course to own a handgun.) Issue certificates and enter into the database with firearms.
Place well-armed veterans (2 min.) at all public schools (keeping the promise to employ veterans).
Allow teachers to carry concealed (if desired).
Remove restrictions on concealed carry except for at establishments where alcohol is sold and consumed (right of self defense)
