Review TSA security methods and determine if they violate the Constitution.

Created by M.C. on December 07, 2012

Since 9/11, our nation's travelers have been subjected to increasingly invasive security measures at airports. Backscatter X-ray machines now display travelers in the nude, to ensure we aren't possessing anything suspicious. Not to mention, TSA agents have been found guilty of stealing items from passengers' luggage, while also being accused of sexual harassment for invasive body pat-downs.
The "Terror Watch List" has more than one million names now. Young children, such as Michael Winston Hicks, 8, of Clifton, NJ wound up on the list. The War on Terror should not involve ordinary citizens being terrorized by government agents. It is time for our nation to restore individual liberty and show the world why it is that we are the freest people on the planet.
