review what the health bill is doing to "real chronic pain patients" and their quick acting opiate medications, PLEASE!!

Created by D.L. on July 23, 2013

My petition is to let doctors be doctors nationwide for real chronic pain patients regardless of nature of their illness (cancer or non-cancer) and let them especially doctors in pain clinics determine case by case what medications should be used without compromising their medical practice. If quick acting opiates are needed to treat their patients let them make that determination without setting MED (Morphine Equivalent Dailey Dosage) which are unrealistic for the real pain patient. Non-cancer patients at times need to use opiates for various reasons, like me. One narcotic isn't any worse than other. Pain patients are getting lost in the cracks due to the newest adjustment to a health bill. Listen to the specialist that are trying to do either job of helping the patients
