Review youth prison sentences. We believe youth deserves a second chance.

Created by Q.H. on April 14, 2016

Free William M. Palmer from Solano state prison. Because Mr. Palmer was a young African American, we believe that he has received added extra time to his sentence. We also believe that by using an unloaded gun in his crime, it showed his intent was neither criminal, wicked, nor corrupt.
At the age of seventeen, William took an off duty police officer to an ATM to get money to pay his twenty-one year old girl friend's rent. He is now forty-five years old and he has pass numerous college courses, counseled other youthful offenders and he has studied both the Christian and Muslim religions. He would be an excellent example, help, and tutor for all disadvantaged youths. We need your help, thank you, His Uncle, Family & Friends
