Revise the 14th ammendment to end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens

The Fourteenth Amendment states that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." That "subject to" part is overlooked. Illegal immigrants and people engaging in birth tourism are subject to the jurisdiction of their homelands, not the U.S.

Children of foreign diplomats who are born in the United States aren’t given American citizenship. Thus,a child of two illegal immigrants or single illegal immigrant mother,or the child of someone from a foreign country who comes here for the express purpose of having a child on American soil shouldn’t be given American citizenship,either.

End birthright citizenship, and take away a majorincentiveto enter the U.S. illegally.
