The time has come for the Second Amendment to be revised to American English that is understood by the people in the 21st Century. Additionally, revise Second Amendment to permit those that can show a real need for owning a firearm to have such firearms necessary to support and provide for their family regarding hunting.
Revise the Second Amendment to permit anyone that can show they have a real need to own and carry a firearm for self protection to do so. To create a law and penalties that will insure a minimum of ten tears in a federal penitentiary for anyone illegally buying, selling or giving a weapon to anyone else that uses that weapon in a crime where a person or people are injured, wounded seriously or killed. Revise that all gun owners will show proof they have gun safes and locks
