Revise the Affordable Care Act by put the control back into the STATES!

Petition to have the Federal Government push back the Affordable Care Act for 365 days and to allow "the people and by the people" be included in revisions of this act through voting. By allowing the citizens of each State to vote on revisions --made by the Federal Government-- it would ensure personalization of Health Insurance, return the power to the States, and BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TENTH AMENDMENT
