The Social Security Admin. Presently defines Work as any Substantial GAINFUL Activity (SGA) regardless if profit is realized thereby rendering the word "GAINFUL" constitutionally vague and depriving those making an effort to work from being protected from OIG/SSA in premature termination of disability benefits. If a Self-Employed individual trys to start and run a small busienss and uses his/her Disability payments to fund the busienss, this is considered "SGA" even when no profit is realized and OIG/SSA terminates benefits. "Gainful" should reflect that a disabled person has the ability to support him/her self BEFORE having his/her medical and monthy benefits suspended.
