The first 10 amendments to the Constitution were created over 2 centuries ago which have been seen and used more and more in the modern times than ever before in earlier times.
Things have changed a lot since when the amendments were created. Back then assault weapons didn't exist and neither did 12 round ammo clips, 30 round ammo mags., or 100 round drums. All the had was a lead ball and black powder which took at least 30 secs. to a full minute to reload.
The fourth amendment which is the search and seizure law that many people shoot on YouTube saying that they are violated by the police should also be revised so that people can further understand what is being said.
