REVISE AR 600-9 FOR US ARMY FEMALES BODY FAT COMPOSITION.

Created by B.M. on September 27, 2013

We are two 27 year old Soldiers who have been taped our entire military career (7 1/2 & 9 years) There has never been a time where we haven't gone threw the struggle of making weight or being taped either trying to lose the weight or make the tape and continue to look and be healthy. We are active exercising daily and even eating healthy and dieting but at the end of the day the honest truth is that AR 600-9 isn't realistic for females with curves and large lower buttocks. Most importantly the change to AR 600-9 7 days prior or 7 days after a APFT further draws the conclusion that someone knows the dangerous things Soldiers are doing to continue there military career such as using laxatives, preparation H and saran wrap, laser surgeries, colonic cleanses, dietary supplements, phentermine.
