Revise both Jail/Prison Inmate Visitation based on the 8th Amendment of our Constitution

The purpose for this Petition is to remove the interference of our legal system where it applies to visiting an inmate. We the people have the right to spend time with our loved ones on their days of visitation no matter our race, gender or ethnic persuasion. By signing this petition, you are agreeing to the fact that we should be able to visit an incarcerated person on their scheduled day/s of visitation without refusal. No citizen is perfect and even incarcerated beings have the right to visitors on their scheduled day/s without interference. By signing this petition, you further agree to the fact that we should be able to visit an incarcerated person no matter our gender or race. Legal or not, we have rights!! Please Sign!!
