The Bradley Amendment needs to be revised immediately. Senator, William Bradley, of New Jersey in the 80's put this Amendment in motion. It not only violates our human rights, violates the rights of Military Personal who come home wounded, become handicap or in a coma, Including ordinary citizens, and applies to the mentally handicap. Keeps our jails unnecessarily full, takes away drivers licenses, keeping children from there parents a human right of every parent, puts a child in an unfair and often humiliating position. This Amendment makes it difficult for the obligor to keep a job, especially in rural areas where transportation is not available as in larger cities with transits and or subways. Please sign this Amendment it is inhuman on every level as a human and needs to be addressed.
