Revise Child support guidelines. Military veterans BAS/BAH pay be excluded completely when calculating child support.

The US Government shall revise current child support guidelines to reflect a more realistic, balanced, and unbiased application process to include revision that will benefit the child vice the parent. In addition, petition will also exempt U.S. Military members BAS (Food) and BAH(housing) allotments and incentives from being used to calculate support. The above mentioned will create a more stable environment for the child in an active duty military members home, increase ease of living for military members serving on active duty, and encourage and assist military members with a more healthier financial life while serving on active duty as the non-custodial parent. In addition, assist encouraging laws to be less biased towards military members in family court seeking custody.
