Revise the Child Support Laws in order to make them fair.

Created by A.O. on December 18, 2012

Revise the Child Support Laws in order to make them more fair. I am a military parent whose paying $1044 a month for my 14 year old daughter. One of the many reasons that I was ordered to pay this much was because I've remarried and now I have Base Pay-BAH-BAS & COLA on my LES. Everything besides the Base Pay is Non-Taxable Income. These shouldn't be included on how much the Child Support amount should be. If this is the case then My Ex-Wife's Non-Taxable Income such as Pell Grants, Tuition Re-imbursements and Cal Grants should've been taken into account. Not to mention every time my ex-wife wants to cut the communication between my daughter and I she does so.
Sincerely,
